3/4 CUPS KETCHUP
1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1 CUP BEER
1/4 CUP STEAK SAUCE
1 TABLESPOON YELLOW MUSTARD
2 TABLESPOONS CHILI POWDER
1 TABLESPOON SOY SAUCE
2 TEASPOONS PAPRIKA
DASH CAYENNE PEPPER
1 TEASPOON ONION POWDER
1 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER
1 TABLESPOONS VINEGAR
1/2 TO 1 CUP FLOUR
1/2 TO 1 CUP WATER
DIRECTIONS
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE SAUCEPAN EXCEPT FLOUR AND WATER
MIX WELL AND COOK ON MEDIUM LOW HEAT 30-40 MINS
IN A SMALL BOWL COMBINE 1/2 CUP FLOUR AND 1/2 CUP WATER
ADD TO SAUCE STIRRING TO COMBINE.
ADD ADDITIONAL
FLOUR AND WATER TO THICKEN OR ADD MORE WATER OR BEER TO THIN AS DESIRED
THIS IS GREAT AS A DIP FOR WINGS OR AS A BASTING FOR CHICKEN OR BEEF
