6 TBSP CHOPPED CHIPOLATA PEPPERS IN ADOBO SAUCE (DIVIDED)
12 WHOLE CHICKEN WINGS ABOUT 3 LBS
2/3 CUP KRAFT ORIGINAL BBQ SAUCE 1 CUP BREAKSTONE'S SOUR CREAM
1 GREEN ONION SLICED
2 TBSP LIME ZEST
DIRECTIONS
MIX CHILLI PEPPER, GARLIC,CAYENNE PEPPER
5 TBSP EACH LIME JUICE AND CHIPOLATA PEPPERS UNTIL WELL BLENDED
POUR OVER CHICKEN IN SHALLOW DISH
TURN TO COAT BOTH SIDES OF WINGS
REFRIGERATE 30 MINUTES TO MARINATE TURN IN 15 MINUTES
MEANWHILE MIX REMAINING CHIPOLATA PEPPERS WITH BBQ SAUCE
BAKE 30 TO 35 MINUTES TILL WINGS ARE DONE TURNING AFTER 20 MINUTES
BRUSH WITH HALF THE BBQ MIXTURE BAKE 5 MINUTES
BRUSHING WITH MIXTURE EVERY 3 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE
MIX SOUR CREAM, ONIONS, ZEST AND REMAINING LIME JUICE
SERVE WITH THE WINGS AS A DIP
