DIRECTIONS
CUT, PEEL AND CORE APPLE
CUT INTO 12 TO 14 SMALL CUBES
TOSS CUBES OF APPLE IN FLOUR
PLACE TO ONE SIDE
DIVIDE SAUSAGE MEAT INTO HOWEVER MANY CUBES OF APPLE
SHAPE EACH PORTION AROUND APPLE CUBE
THEN ROLL INTO A MEATBALL
MAKE SURE ALL APPLE IS COVERED
DIP EACH BALL INTO THE BEATEN EGG
THEN COAT WITH BREAD CRUMBS
HEAT COOKING OIL IN A FRYING PAN
GENTLY FRY THE BALLS FOR 8 TO 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN
SERVE HOT OR COLD
WE LIKE TO DIP IN EITHER
