1 CUP SOUR CREAM
1 tbsp. PREPARED MUSTARD
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
DASH PEPPER
1 tbsp FINELY CHOPPED ONION
1/4 CUP FINELY CHOPPED CELERY
1 CUP SHREDDED SHARP CHEESE
DIRECTIONS
BEAT EGG, ADD SOUR CREAM, MUSTARD AND SALT, PEPPER
ONION, AND CELERY AND POUR MIXTURE OVER MACARONI AND MIX
REMOVE TOPS AND SCOOP OUT CENTERS OF PEPPERS
PARBOIL IN SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER FOR 5 MINUTES- DRAIN
STUFF PEPPERS WITH 1/2 OF MACARONI MIXTURE
SPRINKLE WITH HALF OF SHREDDED CHEESE
ADD REMAINING MIXTURE TO PEPPERS
TOP WITH SHREDDED CHEESE
BAKE AT 350 FOR 30 MINUTES
