2 CANS (14 1/2 oz ) FAT-FREE REDUCED SODIUM CHICKEN BROTH
2 CANS(14 1/2 oz) CHILI READY DICED TOMATOES, UN DRAINED
1 CAN (15 1/2 oz) RED KIDNEY BEANS RINSED
1 CAN (15 oz) BLACK BEANS RINSED
1 LARGE ONION CHOPPED
2 TBSP CHILI POWDER
2 TSP GROUND CUMIN 1 BONELESS PORK SHOULDER (2 1/2 POUND)
1 PKG (8 oz) KRAFT SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
1 1/4 CUPS OF SOUR CREAM
DIRECTIONS
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT MEAT, CHEESE & SOUR CREAM
ADD MEAT AND COVER
COOK ON LOW 10 TO 12 HOURS OR 7 HOURS ON HIGH
REMOVE MEAT FROM COOKER AND SHRED
PUT BACK IN COOKER STIR WELL SPOON INTO BOWLS
TOP WITH CHEESE AND SOUR CREAM
