WE LIKE LOTS OF TOMATOES SO WE USE DIFFERENT TYPES
1 CAN DICED GREEN CHILLIES
YOUR FAVORITE SALSA (THE FRESHER THE BETTER)
OLIVE OIL
DIRECTIONS
IN A MEDIUM SIZE SKILLET
SAUTE YOUR MINCED GARLIC AND JALAPENO WITH SOME OLIVE OIL
STIR STILL GARLIC TURNS BROWN
THEN ADD THE HAMBURGER, BROWNING ON LOW HEAT
IN A SAUCE PAN ADD THE 2 PACKAGES OF CREAM CHEESE
STRAIN THE DICED TOMATOES AND CHILIES ADDING THEM TO THE CREAM CHEESE
MELT THE CREAMED CHEESE MIXTURE
THEN ADD TO THE BROWNED HAMBURGER MIXTURE (REMEMBER DO NOT DRAIN THE JUICE)
STIR OCCASIONALLY UNTIL ALL IS WELL COOKED
ADD YOUR SALSA
SERVE WARM WITH YOUR FAVORITE DIP CHIP FRITO'S OR TORTILLA CHIPS
YOU CAN ALSO USE AS A TOPPING ON DOGS AND BURGERS
OR A SANDWICH SPREAD LIKE SLOPPY JOE'S
