HERE ARE STEP BY STEP
DIRECTIONS
STEP ONE- MIX TOGETHER THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 CUPS VEGETABLE OR CANOLA OIL
1 CUP BUTTERMILK
2 LARGE EGGS
1 TEASPOON VANILLA
1 TEASPOON VINEGAR
1 OZ RED FOOD COLORING
STEP TWO - IN A SEPARATE BOWL, SIFT TOGETHER
1 1/2 CUPS SUGAR
2 1/2 CUPS FLOUR
1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
1 TEASPOON SALT
2 TEASPOONS COCOA (DARK CHOCOLATE IS BEST)
STEP THREE - POUR DRY INGREDIENTS INTO WET AND MIX WELL
POUR INTO CUPCAKE PANS LINED WITH CUPCAKE CUPS
STEP FOUR - BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 10 MINUTES
(IF USING A CONVECTION OVEN, SET TEMP AT 295 DEGREES)
TURN AND BAKE FOR AN ADDITIONAL 13 TO 14 MINUTES
UNTIL TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN
STEP FOUR - MAKE FROSTING WHILE BAKING
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
1 STICK UNSALTED BUTTER
6 OZ OF SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE
1 TEASPOON VANILLA
3 CUPS POWDERED SUGAR
STEP FIVE - BEAT BUTTER AND CREAM CHEESE UNTIL SMOOTH
STEP 6 - ADD VANILLA
STEP SEVEN - ADD SUGAR LITTLE BY LITTLE UNTIL REACHES A STIFF CONSISTENCY
STEP EIGHT - BRAINS: MELT THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS IN MICRO
MIX TILL YOU GET A PALE BRAINY TAN COLOR
1 BAG OF WHITE CHOCOLATE MELTING CHIPS
13 PINK MELTING CHIPS
8 ORANGE CHOCOLATE MELTING CHIPS
1 TABLESPOON MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS
STEP NINE - OOZY CRANIAL FLUID
IN A SQUEEZE BOTTLE
COMBINE 1 CUP RASPBERRY SYRUP
CUP STRAWBERRY PRESERVES
STEP TEN - AFTER CUPCAKES HAVE COOLED
FROST WITH A KNIFE OR PASTRY BAG
APPLY BRAINS AND SURROUND BRAINS WITH OOZY CRANIAL FLUID
